Equivalent to ".fst" files from previous version of Colorado Backup

I'm not sure exactly which version of CB I had, but with it, specific backup conditions resulted in the creation of ".FST" files. That file extension was linked to Colorado Backup, so that, if I simply went start/run xxx.fst, the xxx backup started with no intervention from me whatsoever required.

I installed CB II V 8.0, and can't seem to find an equivalent capability. Is there one, or must I always go to the main screen and choose a backup "job"?
