Installing the HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools 3.5

Hello i has try to install the Software but i get this error:
1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.
What can i do?

Try updating or installing the Windows Installer Package:
Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?ReleaseID=32831

Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows NT and Windows 2000:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?ReleaseID=32832

If you have it installed, make sure the service is not "disabled".

I have Win XP and i can not reinstall msiexec. So i have try to use the in german "Systemwiederherstellung" an now it works.
It was a Problem with Win XP.
