Storageworks msl 6060 Problem

Running Veritas 9.1 for Netware on a Novell 4 server. Will erase 1 tape but not the other. Two tape b/u per night. Getting 1 tape b/u per night, not both. Error given "The destination media is full or the destination slot or portal contains media."

I have rebooted entire system. Checked with HP, it appears Novell 4 is not supported. This unit has been working until about 2 weeks ago. No changes made to OS or hardware.

I'm stumped. Thanks for any help provided.
