SureStore DLT30 "Tape in Use" error

I have a DLT30 External Tape drive which the LED on "Tape in Use" kept on flashing. It happen when you turn on the machine eventhough there's no tape in it. Any other options to fix that problem?

Try downloadin the Library and Tape Tools program, from the hp web site.

With it you can perform several hw tests and fw upgrade.

If you already have the last fw, it could be a Hw problem.

Can you test the unit in another server??
