Tape Array 5300 (C7508AZ)
Hello all,
I have a dodgy module on my Tape Array 5300. I have been able to isolate the DVD rom drive, whenever I place it in a system, it immediately hangs the system. The system boots fine without this module (I have tried it on more than one server, and other dvdrom drives work in the same 5300 on the same slot.) I have ordered a new DVD module, but this only changed the DVDdrive, and not the accompanying backplane. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement backplane for the backplane on the DVDrom?
Thanks
Bona
