TapeWorks software included?

I was under the impression from reading some product literature that HP tape drives (specifically the Ultrium 460), came with a single server copy of the Yosemite software. I cannot, however, find this software on the CD or on the website. Does anyone know if there was a change to not include the software, or if I am looking in the wrong place?

Were you looking at http://www.tapeware.com/?PID=205
So far, the part numbers to order from HP do not show any additional software CD's in the box. Is it bundled in with the documentation CD?

I did not see the software as a promotion either: http://www.hp.com/products1/storage/promotions/index.html

I guess you can get a "free eval" copy from Yosemite.
