VSA StoreOnce Trial Expired - Not read Only
Hello
We have testet the HPE VSA StoreOnce Trial. It is now expired and we hoped to be able to access our data to remove it. for some days it was possible, but now we get a very strange error message:
"share_1 is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The request could not be performec because of an I/O device error."
that is strange, because if we create a new share this share works.
Is it possible to extend the trial period or something? we have some data that we really would like to keep.
Regards

Re: VSA StoreOnce Trial Expired - Not read Only
Hi @BlackSaxo,
Below solution might be helpful for you:
"Backup targets become read-only if a purchased license is not applied within 60 days. They revert to read-write targets as soon as the purchased license is applied. "
For more information on this kindly check the below link:
Click here to access the page for StoreOnce VSA Deployment and Configuration Guide.
I hope the above solution might be helpful for you.
Regards,
