Authentication delay?
Has anyone got experience with MAC based authentication in combination with NIC teaming?
We're considering automatic VLAN assignment using our RADIUS server, but we're wondering whether there will be significant delays on NIC team (NFT) failover.
Obviously, any network delays between switch and RADIUS would be a factor, but here I'm wondering about how fast the switch is.
Cheers,
Anders :)

Re: Authentication delay?
NFT should be okay since you don't need to configure a trunk or anything like that.
The authentication is usually very rapid, so I wouldn't imagine there to be any problem. Obviously you'd need to test it to make sure.
