Aztech Softk 56 Data Fax PCI Modem

I have installed Windows XP on a Pentium 3 HP computer and am unable to access internet via the above modem. What can be done about this?

update the drivers for your modem. Try finding the drivers on the cd that came with the pc or download them from another computer that is connected to the internet.

First check the Device Manager to see modem drivers had been successfully installed by Win XP installation .
if its not installed then try to download the drivers from the site http://www.aztech.com/download.htm
and then manually install & configure your modem drivers.
