Excessive CRC/Alignment Errors on port 5
this is the error Excessive CRC/Alignment Errors on port 5. My switch is HP 2525 j4813A

What do you have connected to port 5? Can you move the cable to a different port and confirm that the errors move with it? Can you move the equipment connected to that cable to another network drop to eliminate that as the source?
Assuming that this is a recent development - what changes have been made in the vicinity of that cable run? Look for additional equipment recently connected, power cables or fluorescent lights adjacent to the cable run, etc.

This usually means the other end of the cable has been set to Half Duplex. Remember that if one side is set to Autonegotiate then the other side must be too. If one side is set to Full and the other to Auto you will have a mismatch since Auto is required to use half duplex unless the other end also is set to Auto.
