ProCurve HP9308 next hop port change

Hello everydoby,

Can you please help me with the following issue. From time to time on my HP9308 next hop router port is flapping between two interfaces, what can be the cause of it?

Jul 13 20:06:07:D:System: next hop router 192.168.1.1 moved from port 1/3 to port 1/7
Jul 13 20:06:07:D:System: next hop router 192.168.1.1 moved from port 1/7 to port 1/3
