Switch 1800-24G (J9028B)

I have two ProCurve switches linked with each other: 1800-24G (J9028B) and 2610-24/12(PWR)(J9086A). While monitoring both switches with a PCM tool, on the Event tab of 1800 switch I have many events with major severity like this:

1.Critical threshold violation on 192.168.16.63 (ip address of this switch): 6:Port#6, Frames/Sec Tx(egress) 71,303,304 >= 1,339,285.8

2.Critical threshold violation on 192.168.16.63 (ip address of this switch): 6:Port#6, Utilization Tx(egress) 100 >= 90

These two events repeat many times and for several different port numbers.
