VOICE VLAN CONFIGURATION FOR IP PAGING SPEAKER
Hi and good day,
Currently we are working on a cctv surveillance system project at site. Each pole have two CCTVs and one IP Paging Speaker. The architecture similar like this:
coreswitch (Data Centre)(trunkport)------>(trunkport)Fibre Switch(Data Centre)----->(trunkport)AlliedTelesisIndustrialSwitch (Pole)
What we are facing now, the IP Speaker is connected to its Paging speaker (I am able to ping that paging client), but the audio doesnot functioning. The devices seems working, only the audio does not functioning. Am i need to configure Voice VLAN in coreswitch or fibre switch?? Can someone help me by giving any idea on this situasion since i am still new with hpe networking.
Thank you in advance.

Re: VOICE VLAN CONFIGURATION FOR IP PAGING SPEAKER
I think this is not a networking problem until you find out all the details of how the Paging system will send the voice stream to the Speaker.
