HP-UX as NTP Server

Hi, All !!

So:

1) I have one HP-UX 11.23 server (mainserv) that syncs with someone NTP-server from outside. (I have no problems to maintain HP-UX as NTP-client for exist server)

2) I have some HP-UX 11.31 servers (dbase, appserv, commserv) that doesn't see common NTP servers.

3) I wish to sync time at HP-UX 11.31 servers from mainserv localtime. 

As I understand: /etc/ntp.conf and /etc/rc.config.d/netdaemons used for setup server as NTP-client, FIXME?
