How to take Ignite Image on a NFS mount and recover it on a different server, so that I will have two similar systems.
and after recovering the Image on the target server, I want to retire the Old server.
This is on a pa-risc server running 11.11.

Solution
Ignite/UX has its own networking interface that uses NFS. Setup an Ignite network server and backup the server(s). You can then restore the image on a different target (assuming that the target is similar architecture). The details are in the Ignite manual:
