The solution of the problem is:
- reduce the usage of /
and / or
- #fsadm -F vxfs -b 704M /
vxfs fsadm: /dev/vg00/rlvol3 is currently 524288 sectors - size will be increased

#bdf /
Filesystem kbytes used avail %used Mounted on
/dev/vg00/lvol3 720896 301912 415760 42% /
