Hello,
On a hpux box...
I have to replace a JDK with other version JDK 1.4.2.6 .For that do i need to remov eit first and then install new one - or how it works?

You can find requested version from

http://www.hp.com/products1/unix/java/java2/sdkrte14

and it depends on you whether you want to kept old version or not.

well you don not need to remove old version the new one overwrite it.
