NTP
Hi all,
one of the server is not synchronizing with the NTP server.
how will it correct to synchronize with the ntp server

Vijila,
1. Check if server is configured as NTP client. You can see /etc/ntp/conf file to confirm this.
2. Check if xntpd demon is running
ps -ef|grep ntp
in first case you need to configure the NTP cleint and in second case run ntpdate command to synchronise client with server and start ntp services using startup script located at /sbin/init.d directory
