SRP: create srp specific passwd file?

If I create an spr then the file structure /var/hpspr/SRP_NAME/ is automatically created with the directories etc, home, bin etc.

If I create the file /var/hpsrp/SRP_NAME/etc/fstab those entries are read and used by the SRP as expected.

The same thing I would like to do with the passwd file (ie. /var/hpsrp/SRP_NAME/etc/passwd). but It does not realy work. What is the correct way to define the users in a SRP? Or am I able to create a SRP specific passwd file?
