cmcheckconf errors-complains about package files.
I am adding host D to this cluster.
I am trying to run cmcheckconf after successful cmquerycl for D host. Cmcheckconf on cluster config files gives the errors about package control files not available. Package control files are very much there and perms on package control files seem fine. I looked at patch levers and all seems fine. I don;t what this error is. The errors message is as follows.
Error: Run script /etc/cmcluster/duc02/duc02.cntl for package XYZ
does not exist on node A.
Error: Run script /etc/cmcluster/duc02/duc02.cntl for package XYZ
does not exist on node B.
It complains about all package controls files not being there, even though they are there.
What is this error?

Re: cmcheckconf errors-complains about package files.
compare the hacl & ident entries on /etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf
check ident .
check cmclnodelist/~home/.rhosts file
cross check the cluser ascii file.Check MAX_CONFIGURED_PACKAGES too.
run a cmcheckconf on all packages where node D is going to be part of.

Re: cmcheckconf errors-complains about package files.
Do a cmgetconf to capture the actual configuration of the cluster.
