I want to configure autofs (auto mount) in HP-UX.
pls explain me following details
1) what is the software name.
2) how to start / stop autofs
3) what are configuration files used?
4) and other important that we must know when configuring autofs.

want to configure autofs (auto mount) in HP-UX.
Are you refering to "NFS" ..?
1) what is the software name.
NFS,
2) how to start / stop autofs
/etc/init.d/nfs.server start|stop
/etc/init.d/nfs.client start|stop
3) what are configuration files used?
