how to remove disk added from eva

I want to remove one disk c13t0d6 I added these one from eva,after that I used insf -e
now it is claimed, now I want to remove these disk from my system

how to remove disk from unix server pls urgent!!!!!!!!

1) deconfigure any use of this device from the LVM. vgdisplay -v|grep c13t0d6

2) unpreset LUN to this server from eva

3) ioscan

4) rmsf -H hwaddress_of_/dev/dsk/c13t0d6

Finally, destroy LUN from EVA if desired.

I added disk from eva in one my unix server
ok
after that unfortunately one guy deleted from eva that vdisk so I can't unpresent from eva side, also the disk is claimed.

so let u suggest regarding claimed one
also, if i created pvdisk by using pvcreate
then how will be procedure
1. pvremove
then rmsf
then unpresent from eva
am i right
