i want to know the command for knowing server model in linux like in hp-ux command "model".

Because all that servers can have an iLO, you can get the information there too.

# hwinfo --sys
for generic system info.
# hwinfo --cpu
for cpu information.
# man hwinfo
for information on the command itself.
NOTE -- This is on SLES (SUSE) 10. I don't know if this will work on Red Hat.

Red Hat it's in the kernel-utils package, SuSE it's in the pmtools package.
Just running dmidecode will give you a bunch of information.
dmidecode | grep -m1 "Product Name" should give you what your looking for.
Example
scooter:~ # dmidecode | grep -m1 "Product Name"
Product Name: ProLiant DL320s G1
scooter:~ #
