system hangover with catia v5

Hi, please, can somebody help me?

On C8000/HPUX 11.11 with graphic card ATI Fire GL X1 we have a frozen screen with catia v5. In /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log following message is created:

Jan 23 14:01:34 airc05 vmunix: gvid_buf_ke_attachreg: attachreg() failed.
Jan 23 14:01:34 airc05 vmunix: gvid_buf_allocbuf: gvid_buf_ke_attachreg() failed
. retval = 14
...
Looking for patches with gvid_buf* I found the PHKL_31241, but it doesn't improve or fix the problem.
Does anyone have an idea?
