unix id was disabled after ftp
dear HPUX gurus,
wld like to seek yr advice. we have one id that always disabled after ftp.the password is not disabled and the server is not in trusted zone. how to rectify this? hope to hear from you .

/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log
# Also records them. Probably a mis-configured ftp client.

How do you determine that it has been disabled? What error do you get? Where do you get it?

Are you able to ftp successfully using that account?
provide this details.
#grep userid /etc/passwd
