Hi,
lssf lists a special file.
used for information about a special file.
for example
if you list the disk with ioscan;
# ioscan -fnCdisk
And pull the raw device like /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0
# lssf /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0
gives the details of device like SCSI LUN etc.

# lssf /dev/dsk/c0t0d0
sdisk card instance 0 SCSI target 0 SCSI LUN 0 section 0 at address 0/0/2/0.0.0.0 /dev/dsk/c0t0d0
[rx26-160]/
check the manpage.
