windows system ip not pinging from 1 unix system and is pinging from 2 unix system ,
[nlx29:/]# ping 144.119.160.59 --- the windows ip.

[nlx28:/]# ping 144.119.160.59

What wrong would be between nlx29 and 144.119.160.59
windows system ip not pinging from 1 unix system and is pinging from 2 unix system ,irrespective alll 3 systems re in same network 144.119.160.0

routing ?
check with you "network admin" ping has been resstricted ?

Use lanscan and lanadmin -X nic# to find out which ones have physical connections e.g. link up

you are able to ping windows-ip from 2 unix systems and can not from 1 unix system.
on the unix server, where ping is failing
do
lanscan (what is the status of that NIC) up/down etc..
if you are near the server, check the back of the server to see the NIC's LED status.
check the switch/hub port that this cable is connected to.
can you ping this unix server from the other 2 unix servers.
