Connecting to Nortel VPN through X506

A customer is having trouble connecting to a nortel vpn through a tippingpoint.

 

The error is "login failed please consult the switch log for further information"

 

After I allowed nortel esp and ah, and forwarded port 500 to the computer, it looks like it connects and immediately disconnects and says "vpn connection has been lost".
