1.I hhave cteate the lun from storage.
Then what is the next step how to create vpar.after the vpar creation how to mount HP Unix CD .how to start installation

Are you adding the vPar to an existing vPar environment, or starting vPar setup for the first time?
Are you running PARISC servers or Integrity (Itanium) servers? What is the output of the model command?
What version of vPars are you running? (hint: vparstatus -V)
There are plenty of manuals but you will need the set that applies to your enviromnment.
