V1810-24 Switch unreachable

Hi,

 

We are experiencing some problems with our HP v1810-24g switch. It has been running for months now, but when i tried to reach the management interface recently it appeared to be unresponsive.

 

I have read on these forums that this could be a known issue, resolved in firmware updates.

The problem is i do not know the current firmware, nor am i able to flash it, because it remains unresponsive.

 

I have cut the power multiple times, let it cool down and did a factory reset, nothing helps.

 

When i ping it i sometimes get 1 reply, after which it times out.

Same thing happens in the browser... Sometimes i get the login promp, but then it dies.
