DS 10 Unix installation failure

Hi
serveur B of a redondant system is down, I try to reinstall from scrath but unsuccefully, following the log boot file (with the following command boot dqa boot dqb sh version and show *. Can someone help me to know if it's a hardware failure (local hard disk)or a bad software installation, If boot file don't show anything may I have some basic command to check my hard disk.
