E800 Netserver WIN2k3 raid drivers

Greetings,

Where to find a diskette with the drivers for the netserver E800 (D9403T).
Can't seem to find them anywhere and the originals are broke.

What I mean:
When you start a WIN2k3 installation by pressing F6 you can setup additional raid/scsi drivers to setup windows.
Therefor I need these diskettes.
The originals from MS don't seem to do the job, I can C my drives in the fdisk util from the win setup, but they are unaccesable, and I need to install the win next to the original win2k server edition to fall back on.
