Unrecognised File System After Reboot

Hi
Ive Got A Digital Alpha1200 model 5/533 Running NTServer 4.0 Service Pack 5
Ive Got 2 36 Gig SCSI Drives Running As A Mirror Set (NTFS)
It Keeps Telling Me That Its An Unrecognised File System After Its Been Running for about 24 hours and looses all the data on the drives Any Ideas?

Run diags test the SCSI controller and drivers ....
