EL1000 power on report TPM error
I have an EL1000 server in warranty. This server will power up with error: unknown TPM error. I have also updated the BIOS firmware but still have the problem.

Re: EL1000 power on report TPM error
Hi @duckiu,
Thank you for the POST.
If the BIOS / System Utilities is accessible, please check the TPM Configuration if they are configured correctly.
You may try resetting the BIOS.
Disclaimer: Data integrity is customer responsibility. HPE recommends having data backup frequently and before performing any activity so that it can be restored during disaster recovery
If still any assistance is required, since the Unit is already in Warranty please log a case with HPE.
Thank you
RamKS
I work for HPE.
