How to get latest bios/firmware?

I have hust bought a used HP Apollo 2600 gen 9 with 4 nodes of Proliant XL 170r. Im trying to get the latest bios / firmware. I found it at https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_c0a5bba77b204c78af0840c541 but it says i "Support validation required An active warranty or support agreement covering Proliant servers must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this BIOS."

Since its a used server i dont have any support agreemnent for this. How can i get the latest firmware and bios for this?
