Install CentOS 6.8 XL420 Gen10

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to install CentOS 6.8 on my server.

When I would like to chose partition, I see my differrents RAID, and I see 2 disques with 0 size, but I cannot delete. So my installation is not possible.

An another thing, I can seen the same size like to BIOS. I thing, CentOS can't translate To on Wizard Install.

Can you help me ?

Hi,

Is it detecting the logical volume you have created ? or still showing physical drives ?

if yes then it may be the driver issue/ 6.8 does not have required/supported smart array driver.

Perhaps, you should try to install with higher version and check if it works.

For RHEL 7.5 is the minimum version supported so it gives me feeling that Centos 6.8 is quite low.
