Display problem with HP IP Console Switch

We use 3x1x16 IP Console Switch with HP KVM CAT5 PS2 KVM adapters. In the display windows with IP Console Viewer v. 2.0 all server screens are shifted left, and the leftmost part of the image is not seen.

Does any have an idea where the problem is?

Hi,
Boss your problem solution is very simple kindly follow the following steps.
1:open the HP IP CONSOLE VIEWER and select cosole switches and than select manage console switch.

2:Selct tools.
3:Manual video adjust and adjust picture vertically or horizantly.
4:OR select outo video adjust.
