LC2000 WITH WIN2000

HI

am upgrading winnt4.0 to win2k on lc 2000 which is having netraid4m after rsstarting server in win2000 and all hardware check system is getting hung with msg "setup is starting win2000

please up date me if you any gone through this problum.

all drivers bios ver are ok as per hp
