4.3.0.0-478175-opt Upgrade

Anyone have problems Updating to 4.3.0.0-478175-opt?  When I try to update the terms and conditions do not display for me to scroll down.  Can't check the agree box without being able to scroll down and the box is blank.  I have tried with multiple browsers on different computers so I don't think its a problem there.  Any ideas or is there a way to delete a download so it can be redownloaded.

I just upgraded 2 x CS500 to the same build (4.3.0.0) without any issues.  I was able to accept the terms and conditions no problem ... not sure what is going on with your system.  I did my locally (as in, I uploaded the update file from my laptop).
