Alletra 6010 setup error while creating "Reserved Service Datastores"

Hi,

We got a new HPE Alletra 6010 storage system and trying to set it up via dHCI management portal. But getting setup error while system is trying to create Reserved Service Datastores. 

Attached the screenshot of the same.

Appreciate if someone will provide me further support or any other suggestions with regards to same.

Thanks for your reply. But could not find anything relevant to the error which I am getting.

hi

usually this happens if your system does not reach Greenlake site

so it cannot create volumes.

you need to register it in greenlake and see FW is open for the system or call support and disable

this feature.

In the case of a new array, if it has not been onboarded first in GreenLake and assigned a DSCC service, you cannot create a reserved datastore.

@Mahesh202  @giladzzz Thanks for the reply. I ran following command and found that DSCC enabled. 

group --info |grep -i "cloud enabled

Also tried to disabled it but getting below error: 

group --edit --cloud_management off 

(running these commands with admin account)

"ERROR: Failed to change system configuration. Updating cloud management is not permitted."

Appreciate if anyone has any further inforamtion with regards to disable the DSCC as our system requires no external network connectivity because its an air-gap network.
