Our Arrary suddenly has been blocked from getting any data for 2 months now. I have raised tickets regarding this and have been ping-ponged around support.
The device shows in DSCC but won't pull in any analytics support that is already connected to our shelf, and confirmed services are running to communicate to the cloud.
Any help from anyone would be appreicated.

Re: Array with serial number [] is identified as rogue and is blocked as too many patches
Good Morning,
I would recommend giving a call to our Support Organization corresponding to what kind of array you are using. This forum is for DSCC Backup and Recovery questions.
You can reach us at:
US 800-633-3600
Or from any of the phone numbers listed here:
https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/A00039121ENW?jumpid=in_lit-psnow-red
I'm an HPE employee.
