We have a customer who has migrated their data from their CS3000 to another storage array. They have requested we santize the array. I understand this process requires getting a sanitization password from support. Is that still possible if they no longer have a support contract for it? I'd also like to verify that last point, but I'm pretty sure they don't. Thanks.

SolutionHello,
Yes, we do provide sanitization key even if the array is out of support contract. Please do create a support case referencing array serial number.
