Consistency with bulk_create snapshots

Hi
I would like to know if the bulk_create method in snapshots is group consistent? If any one of the snapshot fails (out ot storage/limit or duplicate snapshot name etc.), I expect none of the snapshots to be created. What is the current behaviour?
