HF20H Both controllers down
Both controllers are down, yet both DIAG ports are up.
Reboots, and reseats of both controllers have taken place. System is accecible via managemnt for about 45 seconds before failover to other controller, then after 3 failovers sytem marks both controllers as down. Any thoughts?

Re: HF20H Both controllers down
Hi QCI,
Verify that all connections to the storage array are secure and that the array is properly configured.
To identify the root cause of a problem, review the diagnostic logs or error messages from the storage system.
This situation can be caused by hardware failures in both controllers. Possibly the CPU, memory, or other critical components of the controller are malfunctioning.
The controllers may not be communicating with other components of the storage system, such as the backplane, network interfaces, or internal buses.
There is a possibility that both controllers could become unresponsive due to software or firmware bugs. Update the firmware on the controllers and consider rolling back to a previous known-good version if recent updates have been applied.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Satish
