AS-160400 - known issue bug - what is the fix?

Case Description: Group Data Service has been restarted on array XXX.

We have automatically collected additional diagnostics data from the array and discovered the root cause is known issue bug ***AS-160400 (details unavailable).

@Mahesh202 Sorry, yes, its a model AF40.  I installed the latest upgrade yesterday in hopes that it would fix the bug.  Now I am getting: 

"Type: 2113

Message: Unable to resolve known support hosts due to DNS lookup failure on controller A for host XXX

Version: 6.1.2.300-1042680-opt"

No settings have changed other than installing the update.

changed some DNS stuff and split amongst servers in datacenters.

Intallng the latest update seems to have fixed the original problem, other issues may have been remnants of that or just needed updating.
