How can get the status of the nimble HF40 storage controllers again through the browser?
HI Sir:
can only view partial functions of the HF40 array through a web browser, such as volume, capacity, and logs. I can no longer see the status of the hardware of the two controllers. When I checked hardware , it told me that a certain service was not ready. I am not sure if I can reboot the entire storage, and I am worried that the storage will not be able to resume service after shutdown.

Hi,
You do not have to reboot the whole storage array, a controller failover should work if you can access from CLI.
Sometimes the services in Nimble OS, reponsible for the web services may get hung due to various reasons, especially if the controllers are not rebooted for a long period of time.
failover
or
failover --array <array_name>
Please try this command from CLI to see if it works. I would assume you have admin access.
If it fails or does not work, please create a support ticket and enable secure tunnel, one of our support engineer should be able initiate failover or try restarting services to fix the UI issues. Alternatively, you may call us on the support line anytime to connect over a zoom session.
