Nimble storage upgrade
Hi
we have an old Nimble array CS1000, with 21 * 2TB disk in it.
We don't use it for the moment, so it completly empty, but we will like to use it for Backup storage, but now it have 21 * 2TB disk in it, we will like to have this upgrade to 4TB disk instead.
Can we just take all hdd out, and put 4Tb disk in it, or do we need to do something to be able to do this?
I can fint an HPE article about this, maybe someone knows about an article that descripe this?
Regards Kenneth

Re: Nimble storage upgrade
Hi Dalbjerg,
Hope you are doing good.
Regarding your question, it is strongly not advisable to remove the drives and insert 4 TB drives. For the hardware upgrade assistance, please contact the support team.
You can email them to support@nimblestorage.com or call them directly using the numbers attached below.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any clarifications.
