Unable to access Nimble Gui on both my Nimble arrays

Hi Guys,

I have been battling to access my Storage arrays GUI for the past week already. I am getting an error that says "We did not recognize your login credentials". I have been using the same details for the past 3 years and not even once have I change the password. Not too sure if any of the admis has changed it but they all said they haven't changed it. Is there any other way I can access the Gui without having to request down-time to reboot the array?
