Replication Partner System Show Unknown at Alletra MP

Hi all, I would like to ask about an issue where the Replication Partner System is showing “Unknown” on our HPE Alletra MP storage. Previously, the DR site displayed a normal green status, and the Production site still shows normal. However, the DR site now shows “Unknown.”

The Replication Partner online for both site.

May I know how to resolve this issue?

Is the replication happening still? Could you share the below outputs (from both arrays)?

showrcopy -d
showport -rc
