I'll be physically on site tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to check with LDWin.

I'll also try (if I can access to the phone configuration) by setting IPs manually. (I think we had one specific case where the phones wouldn't get any IPs from the DHCP)

Turns out that it was really full LLDP. I managed to access to the phones configuration (Alcatel 8018 -> * and # when reaching "Step 2" during the boot) and nothing was configured. 

I manually ticked the "Use VLAN : 100" button and now it works as it should've been since the very start
